Presented by Lex-Ham Community Theater and Sweet Charities Theatre Group, proceeds from the event will benefit Minnesota NOW. The 1946 Pulitzer Prize winning play, popularized by the hit 1948 film directed by Frank Capra, is a look at the machinations of a Presidential campaign. Its themes of ambition, moral character, political corruption, "dirty tricks" and crises of conscience could have been lifted from a political blog today. Performances at the Wellstone Center - 179 Robie St. E. - St. Paul, MN 55107. Tickets: $17 general admission, $15 students, blocks for 10 for $150.
