Minnesota NOW Foundation

The Minnesota NOW Foundation is a separate organizational entity from Minnesota NOW, and is the educational arm of the Minnesota chapter of the National Organization for Women. It is a qualified 501(c)3 organization under IRS rules. 

The MN NOW Foundation is concerned with rights, privileges, facilities, services and opportunities of all kinds, the use or enjoyment of which is denied, restricted or otherwise conditioned to anyone on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, or national origion.

What differentiates the Minnesota NOW Foundation?  Unlike the Foundation, Minnesota NOW is engaged in political lobbying and grassroots political organizing.  Because of its political work, Minnesota NOW has a different IRS designation from the Foundation and contributions to Minnesota NOW are not tax deductible. 

The Minnesota NOW Foundation is engaged in educational programs related to our issues.

All contributions made payable to the Minnesota NOW Foundation are tax deductible under 501(c)3 guidelines.
